When we want to further going for certain things that we hope to achieve...
It seem to be a lot of difficulty can appear...
But as i can say is...
There are nothing harder than you yourself to get control of your heart...
Get control of your heart not as easy as control your computer within a single click...
But u need to against everything that is so attractive in this colorful world...
Myself was trying hard to practice this stuff...
But this is not easy as i have said...
So i should start this by achieve some easier goal...
To build up my stamina and confidence...
Recently i have started to work out about 1 hour and revise my thick and dusty books for about 2 hours everyday...
I will keep this on...and even add some new goal as i success this...
